Dear Writers and Poets,
The VoracityBeat The Right Words: Anthologized is currently being compiled. The project: stories and poetry will be published online from talented writers who submit quality work. Selected work from each contributing writer will be included in the printed VoracityBeat annual anthology, the first of which will be released December 2004. That anthology will also include the writer's Bio, as well as an author's letter to the reader. Regrettably, I cannot afford to compensate contributing writers more than publication, but I hope that the personal attention to those who DO contribute will feel their work is appreciated and valued.
Each contributor accepted in The Right Words section of VoracityBeat will receive a free contributor's copy of the printed anthology.
Writer's and Poet's Guidelines:
- Male and female writers welcome, so long as the intended readership is women.
- No hate, no violence. Consensual only.
- Any length, any style. Stay professional.
- Must be erotic, must have a happy ending. I want to remain moist after I've read it.
- If it's been previously published, please state where and when.
- Submit your story or poem (one project per email please) in the BODY of an email to [email protected], or use the Online Submission Form posted at the bottom of The Right Words webpage.
Start sending NOW. Deadline for the printed anthology is June 2004, but information about you and how you approach your work will be posted here along with your story or poem until the bound anthology is released. Once the anthology is compiled, the anthologized poetry and short stories posted on VoracityBeat will be removed in order to make space for the next year's anthology. If your work is chosen for publication, I will contact you via email and ask for your Bio, Statement, Letter to the Reader, and your promo picture.
If you have written a novel you would like to propose for publication, please email a brief summary of your book. If your book is accepted for publication, payment is $100 upon acceptance plus royalties. Novelist retains copyright.
